No one has stopped Charlos. Even the Holy Knights don't care. It would be a huge international scandal if the kings' daughters were kidnapped and enslaved by the Celestial Dragon.

Can the Celestial Dragons enslave female marines like Tashigi and CP0 members like Kalifa?

The Celestial Dragons consider themselves gods who are allowed to take whatever they please.

Do you think that sometimes the Celestial Dragon keeps the children they have with their commoner wives?

They can probably do anything they want. I don't think that whatever law they marines are enforcing applies to the CD.

They do have some internal laws that apply only to them though, right? I mean Garling executed Mjosgard, which is actually kinda crazy now that I think of it.

I don't think there will be a good CD. The Holy Knights' job is to maintain order in Mary geoise. They control the behavior of the CD. They execute the nice Celestial Dragons like Mjosgard.

There must be a reason why Imu is turning Celestial Dragons evil. Maybe they need the blood of the dead slaves for their rituals.

I remember the hatred of Akainu towards the Luffy and Ace - he called them cursed. Maybe he meant the D clan?

Maybe the CDs and Imu are considered a "necessary evil" who are thought to somehow counter the D clan who themselves are believed to be destroyers.

And ofc while the OG CDs may have been good people at first, maybe their descendents took advantage of their status to become privileged slavers.

And good CDs are perhaps despised because they may disrupt stability - I think that was why Mjosgard was executed but Doffy's dad was just allowed to leave while being treated with contempt.

They can do anything minus going against other CD's and against yonko directly I will say.

Don't see what marines are supposed to do. So tashigi/Kalifa either obey CDs or gets removed from their roles and made slaves if they declined.

They can do whatever they want, as long as they know their place. I think at the end of the day, if the Gorosei saw FMi as an important enough country(idk if they do or do not, that's a different convo) they probably would have Charlos release her, but he wouldn't really be "punished" for it.

The interaction was very short. We have no way of knowing if someone would interfere.
Even CDs can not do everything. Actions that would antagonize an entire country are probably not entirely off limits, but will not fly every time either.

They can do whatever they want as long as they don't piss of the hierarchy. To them all outsiders are just insects who will soon be drowned by the rising sea level. I hope most of the high ranking marines die during the climax of the series, its what they deserve for being such ignorant silly geese :)
