I would have loved to see the Blackbeard Pirates invading Baltigo! And of course i would have loved to see what happened to the Reverie,both in the meeting and also the fight between the Revolutionary Army and Fujitora/Ryokugu. And like other people said,i would change Franky post-TS design. Also Robin's design too,i would give her short hair (not too short).
General & Others What are your biggest regrets when it comes to the One Piece story?
There are quite a lot but I will list some current grievances:
- Still a lack of seastone weaponary showcased in Wano? Where are these “anti Kaido” weapons that Franky was boasting about earlier? Why do we only get some seastone nails from Hawkins and nothing else?
- Most of the fights in Wano were pretty much offscreened. Not showing Oden vs Shutenmaru’s fight was a crime.
- The Wano samurai in general.
- Kaido’s introduction compared to his current character.
- Unresolved plot lines and pieces from hundreds of chapters ago like Liquor Iron ore.
- Every chapter making it harder to remain a Kidd fan until proven otherwise.
- Will probably take ages before a Vegapunk reveal or large info dumps.
- Being afraid of the possibility of either Xebec still being alive or Oda turning him into a gag character in the flashback.
- Shiki not becoming a major player or developed much earlier in the series when Oda first thought up of him, and instead his char’s reputation in the mud due to a movie.

WCI and Wano arc.
Crocodile going toe to toe with several strong people at Marineford.
Basically none of the top tiers at Marineford really showing their full power. WB had all that sick excuse, Akainu holding back to not destroy Marineford, Aokiji and Kizaru not going serious(specially Kizaru) or enough time screen. Garp just punching Marco(that also didn't 10% of what he is doing at Wano). Sengoku biggest disappointment for letting Luffy saving Ace and not even knocking him out. Still one of the best arcs(2nd I guess).
Zoro that learned haki against Mr 1 not using it to cut Enel is pretty bullshit too.
