The very last chapter was just a "what if" the characters were in modern day, nothing more than that.
It was a light throw away chapter than shouldn't be taken seriously. It is not part of the main story and final.
The next to last was the true final, and it was perfect.
1. Demon Slayer
2. Jujutsu Kaisen
3. HunterXHunter
4. One Piece
5. Assassination Classroom
Notable mentions to - Bleach, Soul Eater, MHA, Death Note (until M & N showed up) Fullmetal Alchemist, AoT (until the end, Isayama wtf were you thinking!) Monster, Naruto (until the asspulls became too much).
