Seeing as Garp has failed to foil the WG/CD over and over as well as failed to save Ace one can only hope Garp found Dragons fruit on God Valley and in order to save his son from certain death force fed/gave the fruit to Dragon so that he could flee. Wind/storm powers.

Yeah, this fruit could very well have been offered to Garp at one point. All 3 of the original admirals fruits could have been offered to him but the one that really would have made him neigh unbeatable would have been that one.
