I like how Zorobois seriously act as if he was using those CoC amplified moves during Asura.
There was no black lightning and no indication whatsoever that his blade wasn't touching Kaido directly. We basically got two identifying features for those CoC based moves and none of that was seen there.

In contrary to that, that CoC comment could easily have been aimed at Asura, as it would finally explain his origin, but nah, scratch that...

I'm not even against the possbility that he has CoC or that he will be able to make use of CoC amplified moves in the future, but he simply did not make use of it during that scene.
You actively have to channel your CoC into your fists or in that case onto your sword and then wllingfully RELEASE it into that kinda barrier like haki blast. It's not something you accidentally do, that's why Luffy only could do it, after he understood the concept behind it, even though he was seen shooting that stuff around randomly multiple times in the series.
