No hurt komugi is still isnt that much of a problem i assume? cause i think meruem would still choose another location to fight, but still, no distraction for yupi and pitou fights against hunters from the get go, but that might force gon to go berserk faster and like, no diff two royal guards? So many possible outcomes lol

i also believe if killua was with Gon he wouldnt go berserk, like killua would save him from going fully hollow

I don’t know why Pitou would agree to go that far to see Kite if there is no hurt Komugi and Meruem oath to protect her

At the end of the question is if Gon would go berserk with killua around? Cause i think killua would've calmed gon down, as palm said he was the only one who could help gon.
It comes down to:
Killua calmes gon down -> the hunters lose the battles but win the war ( meruem dies regardless and poisons basically everyone )
Killua fails to calm down gon -> gon goes berserk instantly and takes out probably at least 2 royal guards. Hunters win the battles and The war easily.

Most events wouldnt be affected that much but I think the spider would die. Hisoka would just hunt them down sooner, with or without Kurapika.
Can’t see Zeno dying but if he did, Netero would have to ask another zoldyck friend

Hisoka would change his target to illumi/silva then which could be interesting.

Netero would need look for someone else either silva or ging to help him separate meruem from RGs.

Rest of the PT likely escapes Hisoka's wrath

Same thing he's doing currently in the series.
If Chrollo dies in York, and Hisoka or other events lead to the disbanding/disappearing of the Spider, Pika would simply pursue the eyes of his clan.
One could argue that without the hostage exchange of the York arc, Pika might not learn the burden of revenge and how to put his friends over his bloodthirst, which, if he searched for the eyes only to get to Tserriednich immediately after York, could be a death sentence for him.
