For me it's Luffy liberating Dressrosa and Wano especially.

Raizo is safe was great. Sanji destroying the raid suit. Sanji and Zoro saving Toko.

I'm gonna go with Wano overall ironically despite my massive hate and years of complaints about it.

I really like some other things like Emeths whole storyline, Kuma punching Saturn, All Gorosei appearing, Imus appearance via Gunko and Domi Reversi etc, Xebec reveal and so on but I think Wano has many strong, positive points going for it, despite all the bad to awful ones too.
