I don't know about you, but I think what Luffy currently shows is just the tip of the iceberg of Gear 5 capabilities.
If Oda goes full cartoon absurd, then Luffy could do something like this
Full power G5 can turn every Thing free and happy. Basically he can make that BM spread were flowers, clouds, and the sun homies sing but apply it to the entire reality.
