My fav is Logia . and Paramecia has some cool powers ( Ope Zushi Nikyu Gura etc ) which puts Paramecia above Zoan

Paramecia is the most unique. Logia is generic but I like elemental powers. Zoans in general is just animals but mythical models easily carried the variety.

So Paramecia > Logia > Zoans for me.

Zoans are so boring.

Yeah the weird additions oda makes to them (flying triceratops, snake brachiosaurus, crest of Pteranodon) is cool, but overall they just lack imagination and despite them on average being stronger than Paramecia, they just feel meh.

Paramecia is the top for me, it's the most quirky, unique and versatile, thus quite suitable for OP-verse theme-vise. Those fruits are usually fun, although some abilities can be silly/lame/make no sense, still it's my most preferred fruit, I'd b fine if that was the only fruit type.

Zoan is fine, because it's also kinda quirky and versatile, and to be honest, it could be a special type of paramecia if there was one type of fruits only, and then the abilities would be food-themed, weapon-themed, plant-themed, animal-themed, and so on.

Logias are....boring. I get it, they are strong and before haki reveal they seemed unbeatable, but to me they all are kinda meh. I'm ok with elemental powers overall, but I like it more when the user itself isn't the element, e.g. like with Magellan.
