Usopp is too weak. How will Oda put him over Van Augur? Only with Observation Haki? Will Usopp's lie about having Conqueror's Haki come true? Will he pick up Mjölnir in Elbaf, as many people on social media predict? My view is that he will eat a Devilfruit. Kuma's Pawfruit.
