We currently get around 30-35 chapters per year, assuming its 33-34 chapters per year in poll just for easy maths

At least 2 year and a half for Elbaf
1 Year for Raftel
At least 4 years for the final War and conclusion;
2033 maximum.

Until then we were at 30 chapters a year; but Oda getting tired; I don't think we will get more than 25 chapters a year now.

2030 feels the most realistic, I hope it doesn’t last that long for Oda sake but 2030 is definitely what it’s lookin like if arcs like egghead that we initially thought were pit stops turn into major arcs spanning 50+ chapters
