Speculations Which bozo will Low end up under?

Let's all be honest, Low will either end up under Goofy or join the former Warlords' alliance under Buggy-sama.

Personally, I think Buggy-sama is the better option, mostly because a bear like Bepo would fit perfectly with Cross Guild's circus theme :3

On the other hand, Low was practically one of the SHPs during the Four Emperors Saga...

If each Strawhat gets a group or country to fight alongside in the final war, Robin will definitely have Law on her side because of their shared interest in forbidden history.
