I have learnt one thing luffy can't fight for prolonged hours.
Best he can do is 10-30 mins.
He uses a haki blast which consumes his By a lot of margin than compared to other characters.
Yonkou feats like fighting for 3 days with no result , Admiral feat of 10 days fighting.
So I'll say base luffy with Adcoc (So that he avoid using g4 and I'm not sure how G5 actually works).
But more luffy switches to gears more likely he's gonna be done in 10-20 mins.
Maybe he can Switch to g4/G5 for final attacks but honing his Base form like shanks/Roger/Garp will do a lot for his arsenal.

As far as I have understood luffy powers.
On why he is stronger than other supernova is Luffy uses this Haki blast and full potential of Devil fruit right of the bat.
Luffy gets More power for less duration.
Kidd and law uses Less for more duration.
Kidd and law were getting ready to fight Kaido once luffy was down.
When luffy figured out Adcoc I'm pretty sure luffy couldn't keep up with a prolonged fight. Same stuff happened in next fight. Luffy himself said this is his last g4.
I'm not trying to downplay luffy here. But luffy becoming a brawler like garp at base form with haki will do wonders and using G4/G5 only as final resort to increase his Endurance.
