Which emperors will shanks reunite with and in what order?

Either Shanks will meet luffy and will test him and then go on to fight BBPs or will get defeated by BBPs first and then luffy will save shanks and after defeating BB.

I'm a believer of the RHP vs SHP vs CG three way davy back fight.

So, Luffy and Buggy simultaneously imo.

I am not sure about Buggy, after all they already met at Marineford, but he will for sure meet Luffy again (at worst Shanks will be killed soon before he could keet Luffy, but knowing Oda that is quite difficult) and I think we will eventually have that fated Shanks vs BB fight (maybe soon before Luffy is about to meet Shanks..).
