Ngl Wings statement was kinda annoying because Sanji fans promptly used it for saying that Sanji is near equal to Zori in both strength and authority which is clearly a stretch.

But luckily enough Oda immediately re-established the order giving Zori Adv CoC (Ch 1033) and the vice captains color cover (Ch 1031), and this in return broke Sanji fans even more because it was like a double hit in a span of two chapters
