Three OG admirals would be three legendary Pokemon from Pokemon: The Movie. Akainu would be Moltres, Aokiji as Articuno and Kizaru Zapdos. So far so easy.

Whitebeard I think may be Kyogre, seeing how both can basically drown the world on a whim.
