There are two different types of Devil Fruit powers in One Piece. There are the Ones that are inherently powerful, ie most Logias and powerful Devil Fruits, like Mythical Zoans, and others. Or the "Weaker" Devil Fruits that are used more Creativity? Like the Mochi fruit, or the Soul fruit.
