It seems to me like Oda feels he has gone much too far with putting an unholy amount of importance on the scabbards, Momoron, Otameh, hoekages, and Orochi to just admit he fucked up their portrayal beyond any recognition and decided to see it through to the end at the cost of what and who really matter (the SHs, Beast Pirates, Big Mom Pirates, the Supernovas), tbh.
I still think he took Momoron & Raizou ranking that low on the last popularity poll personally.

I like act 1 . Act 1 hawkin is most serious threat guy . Too bad in act 2 and act 3 made hawkin hype fell flat.
That make people hype hawkin when he start in wano act 1.
If I am oda shoes, I would respect hawkin even more and made to have hawkin vs law, killer, and appo as final battle for him.
