Any of the members on the One Piece roster that scale to Katakuri (or higher) can do a decent enough job distracting a large portion of the Kage Side.
Four of the members on the One Piece side can deal with the Kage side aside from Naruto, Hashirama, Tobirama, and Kakashi (debatable since the loss of his MS is never a boon).
