Not Big Mom. She is a physical freak since she was a child, like she had that iron skin when an actual Giant warriors' blade did nothing & he was killed.

The only person who's hyped similarily are Oden & Kaidou.
WB & Kuma being Buccaneers is a possibility i think.

WB might legit be the person fighting Garling at God Valley. Possibly these scars are what he's talking about.
WB is at God Valley so he definitely met Garling (who looks just like Shanks) atleast once.

Whitebeard specifically talked about Shanks' face when he said that.
Shanks looks nothing like Roger (Ace looks like him) but is a xerox copy of Garling.
Probably they share the Red Hair too.

Whitebeard - regular strong human like Oden
JoyBoy - was a giant. Luffy's giant form is much bigger. There might be a relation between users similar to how it works in attack on titan.

Two: Saturn says Kuma is the last surviving member, Whitebeard died two years before Saturn's statement, so yeah he technically is the last member.

Retconned for what? Newgate is not a buccaneer, this is just stupid headcanon insert theories of people trying to make everyone who is bigger than normal a buccaneer all of a sudden

KUMA IS THE ONLY ONE AFTER HIS DAD DIED. It’s literally a stated, his tribe is eradicated, tf is Oda going to retcon his own statements immediately after the chapter? Hell its said even earlier than this chap that Kuma is the last, if WB was one it would be mentioned and he would have pacifista modeled after him to replace Kuma

Dude. He and Big Mom recruited Kaido. And Big Mom gave Kaido's DF during God Valley incident. WB is way older than Kuma.
