General & Others Who are the most overhyped and Most underhyped character in One Piece?

Overhyped
I think it’s Mihawk by far. People argue Mihawk > Shanks that’s fine. Whether I agree or disagree doesn’t matter they can argue that. But then they argue Mihawk > Roger, Xebec, Imu and pretty much everyone else. That’s just stupid in my opinion.

Underhyped
Dragon or BB both are obviously going to be top tier. Dragon has done much so I get it but Blackbeard has two fruits, is possibly a special race, he’s clearly a goat.

Overhyped. The Gorosei. They haven't shown anything impressive aside from their regen that isn't even their own powers.

Underhyped. I don't really see any character that falls in that category. Maybe Doflamingo, and I know there are some people here who overwank him but still, the shit I read about him sometimes lol.

Overhyped? Zoro and Mihawk

Underhyped? Sanji

The gorosei did seem pretty mid. They were all giant Marcos.

Sanjis showings is the reason he gets shit from the fandom and his fans trying to keep his strength comparable to Zoros. He’s not underhyped, Zoro and Mihawk are over hyped though.

In general outside this forum most overhyped is Old WB. Many believe him to be WSM stronger than Shanks , Kaido , Mihawk.

Shanks is also overhyped in general.

Here most overhyped is hard to say. I will say admirals are definitely overwanked here alongside vergo and doffy.

So Doffy , Admirals , Vergo in that order.

Many have doffy close to TR. Admirals are downplayed with many thinking they are YC1-YC1+ tier.

Here underhyped I will say is Cracker. Law by zoro fans ; Zoro by sanji fans , Sanji by zoro fans , Kaido by admirals and so on.
