Who Can Survive the Liquid Proof Railgun?

Name some of the weakest characters you can think of that can still survive this devastating attack made from 2 Level 5 Espers combining their powers.

The Liquid-Proof Railgun possesses endless acceleration and had enough force to punch through the Windowless Building, something Accelerator couldn’t even budge even hitting it with a portion of the entire planet’s rotational vector put into his attack.

”We’re up against the Windowless Building which supposedly not even a nuke can destroy. What if my Railgun can’t break through the wall!?”

“Well, I have heard some silly rumors that it didn’t budge even after the #1 used the rotation of the earth to attack it. However…”

The other girl whispered in her mind.

She maintained the nuance of a mischievous and heated sigh.

“We don’t have to hold back for the #1’s sake. Let’s work together and make an unprecedented record☆”

Shokuhou Misaki’s power controlled people’s minds, but she technically did so by controlling the miniature bits of liquid in the body.

And since adjusting the salinity could provide conductivity to that liquid, it could also be influenced by electromagnetic powers such as the Lorentz force.

On top of that, the real bottleneck with the destructive force of Mikoto’s Railgun was the air resistance. If she simply launched a coin 50 meters, the frictional heat would entirely vaporize it, but that conversation of speed into heat of course caused a loss of kinetic energy.

So.

What if?

What if that Railgun was fired when that friction could be reduced or neutralized?

The Liquid Proof Railgun.

With the limits on distance and speed removed, it produced endlessly frightening destructive power.

She no longer used the frictional heat as the brakes. She reversed that way of thinking. The slight coating of liquid on the coin’s surface took away its heat and cooled it. And when that liquid explosively expanded as steam, it gave the coin even more speed. Instead of simply being carried by its initial speed, it accelerated more and more as it flew. The tiny shell gained limitless speed as it produced a thin, spear-like contrail and was absorbed by the impressive wall of the Windowless Building.

This was not possible with just any water manipulating power.

The fine control used to manipulate the liquid in the brain to control the information there was needed to place a special lattice pattern on the surface of the coin. This required precision far greater than the ablation that protected a space shuttle from the atmosphere’s heat by melting in just the right way despite being nothing more than a plastic lattice.

The scenery grew distorted.

The impregnable Windowless Building was mercilessly torn into as if the coin were breaking through the wall of space itself.

Accelerator’s feat.

He took control of all of the vectors.

A great roar exploded out.

In that instant, earth’s rotation slowed by about 5 minutes for September 30.

His arm took the massive energy of the planet’s rotation and used his vector control to transform it into a demonic strike.

The concrete wall he forcibly gouged out was thrown with frightening speed. Accelerator stood in an alley surrounded by buildings, but the several buildings between him and his target were torn through like paper.

His worries about his surroundings and unrelated people had completely evaporated for an instant.

By the time he came to his senses, he had already thrown it.

He was over two kilometers from his target.

That windowless building was the world’s strongest

shelter which was said to be the fortress of Aleister, the chairman of Academy City’s board of directors.

It was said that giant structure would not budge even from the shockwave of a nuclear weapon.

The attack flew with frightening speed.

A tremendous storm of noise exploded out. It did not matter that Accelerator was over two kilometers away. It blew straight through two or three unmanned banks and government office buildings, shot between two buildings on the other side of a street, tore off an electronic billboard attached to the side of a high-rise building, and shot straight toward the target. It could only be called a miracle that no one was injured or killed. He had not given it any thought.

Gray dust blew into the air. His vision was temporarily obstructed.

The dust hung in the air for a while.

Finally, his vision cleared up.

It spread out before him.

Nothing about the world had changed.

That strike had used the full power of Academy City’s strongest esper and had taken the rotational energy of the earth itself, but even that had not been enough to bring down that windowless building.

Not a fight, it’s strictly whether or not someone can take that Railgun shot or not.

I posted the quotes. It effortlessly tore through a structure like sheet paper that tanked Accelerator hitting it with a strike he put the entire planet’s rotational vector behind of, enough to slow down the Earth’s rotation by five minutes that day

1 Lord Boros is a good take like Bob said. Maybe he is even too much. I mean he tanked a serious punch from Saitama (to die soon after anyway, still lived for some minutes, was even able to speak) when 2 serious punches colliding (Saitama, still not "growing" during his fight with Garou) had stars light years away, a good portion of the sky actually, hundreds to thousands of stars, instantly destroyed. And the serious punch Saitama used on Boros anyway (if we suppose it was weaker than the one he used first vs Garou since he was enraged for Genos death) was strong enough to totally vanish the Boros cannon (earth destroyer or at least surface wiper) and bring Boros to death doors and die minutes/seconds later. Maybe Boros is already too strong.

2 Alluka from HxH probably. She is a young kid who physically speaking is totally human (or at least as far as the reader knows she is)(she can be killed as easy as any other kid) but she is also a genie/majin so she at most needs somebody wishes her to make the attack vanish and that is it (maybe she can do it even on his own but I'm not sure about it).

He was reduced to a torso and was dead soon afterwards. For Round 1, when I say tank, whatever characters mentioned have to be argued to take that Railgun without a scratch, not dying from grievous injuries afterwards

Ok, I get your point, but it also seems a serious punch is something that can destroy earth (or at least I see it at least around that level, I don't know where powerscalers put the serious punch Saitama used vs Boros) so way above this liquid proof railgun (or am I wrong? If you can scale this feat correctly and put it at continent, multi continent, surface wiper, planet lvl etc. It will help a lot all the people who doesn't know this feat, so pretty much everybody bar you in this thread).

Should be many times stronger than Accelerator’s feat which is often calc’d at continental. For an idea, Accelerator’s attack only caused a slight shaking of Aleister’s liquid cylinder he’s in which is inside the building.

Guess you will find it way more interesting than me who has 0 idea about it lol. As for putting it at small planet or planet lvl my uneducated guess would be maybe sayan saga Nappa or Vegeta (if they are the first DB characters scaled at planet lvl) but really a blind guess.
