It’s not, it’s related to history not power level. Law is from some regular ass family who got neg diff’d by the WG. He is not more powerful than Kid, just has a way better fruit objectively. Same goes with Zoro a non D. being better than him.

What do you mean, Sa D. Bo has a D too.

Anyhow, definitely Sabo first. He has made quite a name for himself at the tender age of 22. Some already regard him as more influential than Dragon himself. And his ambition is to conquer/over throw the current system.

I keep getting surprised how underrated Sabo and Ace are. They both have/had top 10 potential. And while Law is great as well he falls short of them.

Law has the D initial to make up for lack of CoC (pause) so even if he doesn't have CoC then it's fine but I hope he unlocks it.

Sabo deserves more because of his connection.
