So pretty simple question. Hisoka is a serial killer pedophile who wants nothing more to kill people, but at the end of the day, his targets aren't your average citizen. Chrollo is a gang leader who genuinely cares about his gang and city, but does some horrible crimes, including obviously killing the entire Kurta clan and torturing them until their eyes are just right.

Both do bad things, but the intentions of one are just "for fun" which imo makes it way more evil
Like if Hisoka was told there was an entire clan of strong fighters he'd genocide them as well, so what Chrollo and the PT did isn't really that much of a comparison point. Chrollo and PT also do not target civilians unless they have to

Hisoka's a madman, but he almost always has his opponent's consent to battle, otherwise he doesn't get any pleasure out of it.
Pretty sure the Kurta clan didn't give their consent to being massacred and having their eyes ripped out. Nor did the dozens of people Chrollo used as puppets during the Hisoka fight agree to that either. So yeah, Chrollo's worse.

Hisoka never attacks anyone innocent, and usually chases people who consent to his fights or are a threat to him.
Chrollo and the PT just kill anyone thats in their direct path.
Then again Hisoka did kill Shal and Kortopi who were powerless just to piss off Chrollo and the PT.

Yes but killing off Shalnark and Kortopi just to piss off Chrollo/PT shows he will kill innocent people to piss off someone he wants to fight. Reminder he wanted to kill Alluka to piss of Killua, and kill Killua to piss of Illumi. He deffo would kill an innocent person just so he can fight someone theyre close to.
