I don't believe she will ever become Linlin again. But this is not so ridiculous if we are talking about Oda writing.

BM characters is deeply disturbed by her childhood but her starvation disease has nothing to do with it. With Luffy being top tier to put her on her place and Sanji having amazing cook skills, I can see scenario where she would work for them in order to taste a meal made by Sanji from time to time and behaving herself between those meals.
