Character Discussion Who Fell off more Usopp or Chopper?

Definitely not their Fights
If you like them for that, that's your own thing
But to Judge a Character based on something it's not created for or it has a much more important different Role to fill is Non-Sense
Just look at Usopp, People shit on him cuz He didn't have a Fight in Wano
Regardless of how many times he Used his Sniping Skills to Help
Same for Chopper who was a Doctor from start to finish of Arc
But nah, let's say they fell off cuz they don't have Epic Fight Moments similar to Luffy or Zoro
If you like them for that, that's your own thing

You're comparing a Finished Pre-TS to Half-Cooked Post-TS?
I've only seen Usopp in Dressrosa Saga & Wano Saga
So how about you also remove Water 7 & Thriller Bark & up, wouldn't that be a better Comparison?

Comparing First Half of Pre-TS with First Half of Post-TS, Usopp is Fine, He is still Crew's Sniper
Same for Chopper, only difference is that we had their Recruitment Arcs & Flashbacks at start of Pre-TS for obvious reasons
Chopper ain't even in my Top 200 OP Characters and i only enjoy Usopp when it's a good joke or He is being realistic sometimes, so i'm not answering based on my preferences, i'm just being fair

Right now, Usopp.
1. He had a lot farther to fall than Chopper did
2. He may not have had much screentime in Wano, but Chopper was objectively a huge help in his area of expertise(curing the virus as well as healing Zoro), getting a tangible buff to his Monster forms length, and stalling a YC2 for an astonishing length of time
Usopp got NOTHIN'

Chopper had Potential because of his Devil Fruit but is beeing treated like a Candy Pet meanwhile Usopp never made me think that he could become 1 Day really powerful except having Observation Haki of a certain lvl both are TRASH but Usopp fell more off Chopper did his thing in Wano atleast and made Queen bleed with a slap and tossed him around while beeing covered in Arrows from Perospero
