Lucci would easily make for a 2 billion beri bounty minimum, he’s far stronger than a haki less loser like Crocodile and is awakened with WG intel… He might even be 3 billion in reality sense he one shot the world’s greatest defense and fought the New World’s Strongest Creature and is still hungry for more, his haki is better than Law and Kid’s after all so it’s plausible he might be an Admiral draft canidate
