plus there is the fact that bonney's inspiration was an irish pirate
and shamrocks shamrock is a type of clover, used as a symbol of Ireland. The name shamrock comes from Irish seamróg, which is the diminutive of the Irish word seamair and simply means "young clover

I doubt Oda will reveal it's Garling or Shamrock or any major relevant character
She and her mother are a victim and she's a product of r*** / criminal activity, anymore details like who is her father? etc would be kept untouched, what's the story intended to show that it was an evil action must be enough.

Unless, it's revealed the father is actually a good guy(not even CD) but one of the prisoners/guard that likes her and used to help her.......but that's far fetched.
