Given that Bonney looked exactly like Shanks when Oda drew her as a male, it’s probably a Figarland. And age wise, only Shamrock makes sense(unless Oda wants to do a creepy age-play thing).

As much as I like most of the lineage reveals in CONCEPT, there’s just too many right now, so I hope Oda never reveals it.

Cerberus is associated with the deadly sin of gluttony in the first part of Dante's famous poem Inferno. It guards and torments the gluttons in the 3rd Circle of Hell. Oda takes inspiration from this, as Impel Down's Level 3 is known as Starvation Hell.

Ginny and Bonney are both gluttons, with even "Big Eater" or "Glutton" being Bonney's epithet. If Cerberus is the tormentor of gluttons, then Shamrock thematically fits as Bonney's father, since he uses the Cerberus Zoan. There's also that gender-swapped SBS Vol. 72 drawing of Bonney where she resembles a Figarland twin.
