Now a lot of people would say Black Beard because of the two devil fruits, and how he the antithesis of Luffy
Some may say Imu, he's the leader of the world government, he's immortal, and seemingly all powerful and likely the final villan of one piece
Maybe it's Koby, his potential is high and it's only a matter of time before he catches up to Luffy, I believe he will be the one to defeat black beard but that's a post for a different day.
The answer to the question of who is Luffy's most dangerous enemy......
Buggy The Clown- Buggy the clown? Yoho are you insane he's the weakest one here, even Koby could defeat him! and that may be true however the question I posed isn't whose Luffy's most powerful enemy, It's whose his Most dangerous and without a doubt the answer is Buggy the clown.
Undefeated- First off if it wasnt for his crew Buggy would of defeated Luffy each and every single time they faced each other, Buggy has constantly outwitted and outmanuevered Luffy if it wasn't for the timely arrival of his crew or divine intervention Buggy would be famous for killing Luffy a long time ago. and there's no reason to think he can't continue to outsmart and outmanuever Luffy despite how powerful Luffy may have gotten.
Greatest Rival- not only is he undefeated when facing Luffy, it could be argued he's Luffy's greatest rival, when you think a good rivalry you think about people who always challenge each other always trying to one up each other, cosntantly fighting but willing to put their differences aside for a common goal. That's buggy and Luffy to a Tee, anytime someone mentions the other to one of them, they immediately talk shit,
The Ability To make Allies-
Luffy isn't the only one with this ability Buggy also has it, tho the way he does it is night and day at the end of the day Buggy still is capable of making allies out of anyone, the impel down prisoners, Hajrudens group before they left(for luffy) and now he has crocodile and mihawk two powerful pirates
