This is a new series I thought of who makes the best use of their devil fruit?

Doflamingo Highlights:
1. Awakened user
2. Stitched his own organs
3. Turns people into puppets

Enel:
1. Restarts his own heart
2. Reading electromagnetic waves to increase his CoO and hear everything on the island.
3. Completely obliterating an island.

Who do you pick and why? This one is hard for me but I lean towards Enel restarting your heart and increasing the range of your haki is busted as fuck. Parasite can be stopped but you can’t stop what Enel does unless your Shanks (observation killer).

On paper, Doflamingo should automatically be put up there since he's awakened. But Enel was able to use his devil fruit to give us the best CoO feats outside of future sight, restart his heart like you said and was freely manipulating gold through his electricity...

This one is certainly tough. But we don’t know what a logia awakening or entails or if they even can. It’s hard to knock enel for that in my opinion.

doffy devil fruit is garbage but he made it look top tier devil fruit just shows how skill full he was

Enel is a hard guy to place. You could say since he was defeated relatively early into the story, and never faced anyone showing Armament Haki, he was overblown.

But then, look at Crocodile. And Oda did say he could have a bounty of 500 million in a time where Doffy's own bounty was the highest for years.

It's funny how Doffy was creative with his fruit by One Piece standards, but give Araki the same exact ability and he'll consider it versatile enough to make it a protagonist stand.

Idk if it was anime only or if it is canon but the way he extended Enel CoO through his devil fruit was insane.

+ him combining his powers with the arc, think he's among the villain to nearly fully utilize his powers not just combat wise but in terms of application is what I am talking about, even tho Doffy is awakened this should go to him but Enel was insane in application of devil fruit powers.

Enel is probably slightly better than Doffy at fruit mastery. Honestly Enel should have been awakened with how skilled he was at it, but that'd have been too broken at the time.
If Enel comes back with good Armament Haki and Awakening he's definitely King level at the least.

Enel proved basiacly the more you master you fruit the more you can break your element down and utilize almost every aspect associated with it
I obviously dont need to talk about the lightning fruit but even something not immense hype like crocos would go brazy. Imagine if he highspeed controls a signel sandcorn that is hyperdense and fast for example like some type of candy vegito vs buu shit

Doffy was masterful, he even made a clone that looked exactly like him, move like him, and even transmit his voice like a ventriloquist. How is that even possible? lol. Enel used his fruit in conjunction with his CoO, amplifying its effects to a ridiculous level… so this is a tough choice. I’d say that Doffy edges out though, he has shown awakening and inventive use like the aforementioned lifelike string clone.
