I believe we never see him. Because bbp member said every ship coming nearby this man ship will drowned into whirpool and he believe the man is df user. And another clue his ship is all black and we never seen all black ship till now.
Me! I have a burn scar from when I was a baby. It’s faded over the years due to growing and barely visible. But yeah it’s me. I confirm I can creat whirlpools and own a blackship as well as the last RPG. Can’t read that shit though
