Rank the strongest physically
Prime all might, Weak all might (during his fight against all for one), Destro 100% and hypothetically 150% with armor, Muscular, Nomu, High end, Gigantomachia, Deku during Muscular fight, Deku current, Fat gum, Rappa, One for all weak during his fight against all might, and One for all Prime. (But only in the physical department no other tools or quirk)

So I talk about tankiness, striking power, endurance etc

With just physical quirk OFA stands no chance against All might, he was already beaten twice.

My take for the list :

Giganto
Weak all Might

Destro peak
High end
Rappa/Muscular/fat gum (i don't know between them)
Current deku (20% full cowl)

I agree with you. Giganto could have been the strongest character till the beginning of the series. The fact that we didn't see him truely fight during this arc confort my opinion.

All might and all for one were too diminish from their injuries.

I hesitate for long for this one.

High end was good, very good and has great sheer power with his quirks and he has regen. But for me Destro has the speed, the power and the D.C. to beat him. And Destro is pure power with his quirk. We saw what he can do with 100% with 150% it could be huge.

But they are definitely close.
