Kid Loki, who was 20ish btw, challenged an adult and wanted to participate in adult businesses. He got the adult treatment. Xebec didn't humiliate Loki, he honored him.

Teach would do anything to achieve his goals. Which is fine, he's a pirate for gods sake.

Besides, Luffy didn't hesitate to join forces with Croc, Bege or Kid. All shady, all confirmed murderers, all mobsters and women abusers.
Which is also fine as Luffy is a pirate too.

Xebec and Teach at least aren't hypocrites. Luffy is the worst of them all.

Everybody who knew Xebec he was untrustworthy scum. Kaido likely got his mentality of pirates backstabbing each other from him, BM told Kaido straight up not to trust him, WB has zero good memories of him

This is pretty much about the same as BB's portrayal except BB hasn't betrayed his crew yet. He even let Hancock go so that his crew could be set free from getting medusa'd. Maybe BB treats his crew better in the end

So it ends up being to what they do to kids. Xebec had no problem recruiting teens (Kaido) and almost killing children (Loki). BB had no problem taking on a 10-yr old as his "woman." Both are equally shitty to me but many will put the latter on a greater moral condemnation stool

Teach is and should be worse. He’s our villain, Rocks is a villain from the past.

His crew looks to be worse than what the Rocks Pirates were. The level 6 prisoners are very nasty pieces of work.

Teach himself, as other have pointed out, is not just a backstabber, but he’s a backstabber to his own “family.” Killing his own father in Whitebeard, murdering Thatch and turning Ace over to be executed is the lowest of the law considering all three are people that would consider him family. Plus whatever he did in the Payback War.

Xebec seems worse now but I think Teach will seem worse when the story ends, after all, he is the FV so it makes sense he's evil
Probably, though opposite can happen as well, what if WB betrayed Xebec in God Valley, and Teach avenged Xebec? There are also theories about 4th division commander Thatch being an agent of Shiki or Cipher Pol agent.

Teach murdered his own father.

He was an orphan. WB literally adopted him and raised him. Only for Teach to backstab him.
You saying Xebec wouldn't kill for power?

''they were a fierce bunch, constantly killing one another within the group.''

Didn't Blackbeard ask a literal child to become his woman lmao? That's far worse than stabbing a giant kid.
BB had no problem taking on a 10-yr old as his "woman."
A child that was deceiving people with her Age DF ability and was still in adult form during that moment meaning Teach didn't know. No different than bounty hunters trying to kill Bonney for bounty, they don't know Bonney is a child.

He told Ace that he joined WB Pirates to find Darkness DF from the beginning, not like he joined there to find a family then suddenly changed his mind and betrayed them.
