Eh, i feel like outside of gag scenes, buggy can be cut with CoA. Logia users cannot be hurt with normal sword before but CoA grasps the real body. Using CoA should also grasps buggy real body (not his DF powered body)

Asura Zoro can possibly one shot an opponent standing on King's level and above right now, but Asura-less is one shotting someone on YC3 level at best. Of course things may vary depending on personal durability and endurance, case by case.

Without any sort of shield or Haki defence, I don't see too many people surviving tbh. I can see WB, Kaido, Big Mom and maybe Oden
If we include haki and devil fruit,..anyone between Barto's level and Kaido should be fine.
