Powers & Abilities Who used haki and who not?

We know prior to the timeskip we did not see hardening or CoA at all. CoO at least was hinted at (breath of all things, skypea, all the sensing/feeling stuff)
At least Croc, Moria and Kuma must've been using it.
Also, is CP's rokushiki = haki. Technically you could use a finger pistol without haki but with tekkai (basically non-black hardening) or Kami-e (basically CoO)

Mihawk using/knowing FS is obvious I think

Crocodile, Moria, Aokiji, Magellan & Kuma obviously had Haki
It's just that Oda didn't include any Scene where they needed to use it

Moria Fight started by him using his Shadow so obviously no Haki needed (Luffy was basically fighting a Homie)
He then switched to controlling Oars, which again didn't require Haki
Finally, He used Shadow Asgard & Oda made sure to show us that it was Extremely Difficult to control all those Shadows so Moria wasn't in the right mind to use Haki

Same for Crocodile, almost all his Attacks were using his Sand to Cut or Dehydrate which again doesn't require Haki
And most Attacks He received were by surprise, He basically got combo'd Twice just because He wasn't expecting to be hit
(Similar to when Luffy managed to Attack Katakuri after he caught him Eating). Only time Crocodile could have thought of using Haki was in his Final Attack, but it was too late, He was super stressed & his entire Dream was getting ruined
(Oda can literally give Current Crocodile Future Sight & it won't be considered a Plot Hole)

Aokiji & Magellan only used DF Attacks & Overwhelmingly Defeated Luffy so there was no need for Haki
And same can be said about Kuma & Mihawk. As for Lucci, Sentomaru & Boa Sisters, They obviously used Haki

Aside from these, when it comes to Zoro Opponents, only one who could have used Haki was Mr. 1, but i'm not sure.
CP-9 obviously had it (Even if just a Weak Version of it)

Oda is very clear when people are using haki and when are not. He always had them said in pre-timeskip. In post timeskip that it became a mess because he started to pain but sometimes he forgot so people came up with that nonsense of black haki being different from invisible and that we didn't saw haki before because Oda was telling One Piece to us by Luffy's vision...

mihawk using fs is not obvious. imagine having fs and not landing any major hits on pre ts fluffy. oda can change is mind, but marineford mihawk did not use fs
