The closer of that list is Smoker. And yet Smoker is far from Admiral level. We already had the 2 or more Vice Admirals that couldn't become Admirals because of Fujitora and Greenbull.

End of series well probably have a different trio of colors. I doubt it’ll be the secondary colors.

And Kizaru was willing to stop big mom and Kaido, so when things begin to happen he’ll probably be the one sent to deal with Blackbeard. And with Blackbeard having the dark dark fruit it’s fitting for him to snuff out Kizarus light light fruit.
