Whos ending was worse: Kaido vs Madara

Kishimoto couldn't handle Madara since he made him too op but replaces him with an even stronger villain, lol. But I guess he made Kaguya stupid and incompetent on purpose to make her defeat more believable.
Tbh, Kaido wasn't that bad. It still sucks af that he didn't get his awakening which is the equal of skipping Frieza's 100% form, Kid Buu, Juubi Madara, Zeref's final form and so on but at least he delivered crazy feats until the end. He even equally matched Luffy's Barjang Gun for a long moment, a hardened island sized punch with ACoC and lightning and augmented with G5 properties and more, before he got ultimately overpowered. Prior to that, Kaido had a gauntlet against 15 different characters, very powerful including rooftop supernovas, and he won against them all whilst tanking dozens of lethal hits.

At least, if this is really the end of Kaido, he was defeated and that's all. Maybe you like it or not, but it was an end for the character and his rol in the history. Madara hasn't this xD He was more like a Cuck, watching all the protagonist forgoting him and fighting against a new and more powerful villain (who also was controlling him xDD).
Kaido maybe hasn't an end as epic as I want, but was an end. Cuckdara mean while...

Kaido's end was unclimatic which mostly make the end not well executed.
On the other hand, Madara's defeat make the entire fandom shook and just impossible to leave it behind
A pawn just to unleash another more powerful being and take over him.
That's the last thing i would ask for the endings of a central villain who has great build up, in which everything points towards he would be the main boss of the arc.
Hopefully Blackbeard or Imu doesn't become pawn just for Rocks to take over them at last stage
