Speculations Who's that, who's what. Current mysteries.

Below i'll post what i believe will be revealed in the future.

Loki will turn good, Harold will turn bad, Mosa is Shanks, end of chapter is Shanks's evil brother.

Loki was tricked by someone to be known as what he did was wrong. Harold's "peacefulness" was actually something bad as he wanted his villagers to embrace that thought at times of upcoming war. The event that scared Shanks was the future he saw related to Kid's attack while Loki said he would massacre everyone, not giving them a chance for revenge, as this was the second time Kid had a chance like this. End of chapter, Shanks-lookalike purposely not showing any of Shanks's characteristic identifiers (once again), being summoned by -as far as we know- Imu's powers, at the same time in which i theorize that Shanks talks with Loki.

I agree that Loki will turn out to be not that bad of a guy. I don't think he'll be the villain of the arc. He might even help out with the Gods Knights.

"Pranks" probably is Shanks' brother. It could potentially be a Seraphim or a clone. But, as far as we can tell, he doesn't have any fire or wings on him. And I'm not sure if a clone would have had enough time to "age" properly, yet. Personally...I think "evil twin brother" actually is the simplest possible explanation, given what evidence we have at the moment. As odd as that is to say.

Now, let's get some SERIOUS baseless speculation going!

There's the other Gods Knights to consider. The "Bandaged" One. This could be a new character. But, it could possibly be a character we've seen before, just in a new outfit. Personally, as weird as this may sound, I think this person could potentially be Shalria. The sister of Charlos. When we last saw her, she seemed curious about what this whole "Void Century" thing was all about? Well, what if she's been having her own little adventure that we can have a flashback later to see? What if she got curious enough to start poking around to try to figure out the truth? And then she got discovered, and given a ultimatum. "You want to find the truth, well we'll give it to you...but you have to work for us to earn it!". So, maybe this other character is on Elbaph as a sort of "training mission" in order to test and grow her skill as a newly-recruited Gods Knight?

There has been some speculation that Imu's been keeping the other Celestial Dragons around because they're natural warriors. Think like the Saiyans from Dragon Ball, but they're all kept placated so they won't bother to train and grow stronger. Maybe, it doesn't take much time before a Celestial Dragon who knows NOTHING about combat can become a expert warrior?

Dak's Sake made a good video further explaining this idea here:

As for "Mosa"...personally, I feel like the "fear" they're talking about is still about sensing Joyboy's Haki Knot. I've said before that I think it could be Ju Peter, since he's been shown to be a little bit more uncertain about the Government's actions compared to the other Gorosei.

But...could it actually be Imu? We saw that Imu was completely shaken by sensing Joyboy's Haki. It tracks with what we've seen in the story so far. And this could be a way to show that Imu isn't actually the villain some people think she is just like Loki, as I've long speculated. This character also seems to be soft-spoken and uncertain. Which kind of makes sense for someone who spends all day playing with butterflies in a garden. I don't know how Imu could have started communicating with Loki or why. But, it does feel like "Mosa" could be a pseudonym for Imu.
