And someone who pre power up with a broken body could overpower and scar hybrid kaido and block 2 yonko on his own
Then beat the most durable being in the series Will need MULTIPLE (at least 2 or 3) more power ups to beat mihawk.

None of the 4 in the thread are frauds though. I was just making a comment on why Dragon didn’t declare war himself and chose to finish it with a note of silliness.

Buggy-sama is the less fraud character in One piece. At least he has greater ambitions than any yonko apart from Luffy
