Powers & Abilities Who's the strongest general Ousen/Kanki beat in a duel?

Kanki and it's by fair margin. He was a bandit before meaning he had faced death many times.

Ousen comes from the noblest branch of the esteemed Ou family, he's a general who ascended the ranks by fighting in the field there's no reason to think Kanki is better just due to being a former bandit.
Anyway the thread isn't Kanki vs Ousen
With the past and the background of Kanki i doubt if he is someone who's not 2nd tier martial freak (like below only the like of Ouki, Renpa etc. Don't think of including god tier like MouBu or Man'u. Lol). Two reasons :
- Forming an army of bandits or lawless animals on the basis of brain only us ridiculous.
- He always went in enemy camp to deliver the final fatal blow by himself and leading a small unit. No matter how calculative it is for him but without sufficient strength it could be suicidal as well.
As for Ousen. I believe he's also a martial freak but that's just a fanboyism speculation based on two reasons :
- From the same family which gave Qin three freaks - Oukotsu, Ouki and Ouhon. In these three, two are both martial beast as well as great strategist.
- Barking on Ouhon for saving him and not even showing an ounce of tensed face or any emotion which proves he's in disadvantage while facing both Bananji and Futei at his HQ.

Hara's use of stats leave a lot to desire but I frankly find it boring Ou Sen has a STR 93.
If I were re-arranging the stats for some prominent characters as of late
Shin STR 95+A (+2)
Zenou STR 95 (+2)
Earl Shi STR 94 at time of death (STR 96 in prime and if kept alive for a rematch)
A Kou STR 93 (+2)
Kan Ki STR 91 (-2)
Sou'Ou STR 90 (+5)
Mou Ten STR 90 (+1)
Ma Kou STR 89 (+3)
Rin Gyoku STR 87 (+4)
Riku Sen STR 87 (+1)
Ou Sen STR 85 (-8)
Koku'Ou STR 84 (+2)

It seems confirmed in the latest chapters that Kanki is weaker than Zenou, his axe. I'm not convinced Ousen is particularly that impressive either, but we haven't seen much from him to be fair. In other words, they are capable fighters in their own right, but by no means are they monsters.
We already have 3 martial monsters within the Qin6 group, it's fine that 2 of then happened to be more strategy focused.
