Denjiro or Kawamatsu

Denjiro because he was hyped a lot and didn’t deliver at all. He was meant to be the second most relevant scabbards after Kin but it fell flat. The guy is missing.

Or it’s Kawamatsu for sheer uselessness

Denjiro is the most disappointing because he had the most potential

Kiku Kinemon Izo Raizo and the dukes have all gotten good showings in Onigashima and even Ashura had a solid character moment.

Kawamatsu!!! Hyped like hell during the prison mine arc, but turned out to be a completely useless and utterly pointless fish/bird thing.

They all have major faults though. The only ones I like are Denjiro (seriously what's wrong with ya'll he's cool and actually useful) and Kinemon cuz I think he's funny. But all & all the Scabbard rather suck.

Kawamatsu and Raizo didnt even needed to exist.

Raizo character could have been fused with Kiku.
Kawamatsu story could have divided between Ashura and Denjiro.

Kawamatsu. Crappy half-assed exposition, fake silhouette hype in udon, no solo fight in the raid, couldn't even keep hiyori safe. At least Denjiro did that much.
