After recent reveal, I have seen too many Nami fans (Rdt fans) begging for Gaban parallel.
It's embarrassing
Why do you want Nami to parallel some stinky Old man?

Its more embarrassing because Oda is forcing parallel between Sanji and Gaban.

Luffy calls Gaban Older Sanji,
Both Gaban and Sanji are love obsessed




Gaban and Rayleigh are wings like Zoro and Sanji
I have never seen writer forcing parallel like this.



Nami wouldn't even care if someone calls her 9th strongest

It's because Sanji fans keep saying weird things about Nami
So there is some kind of alliance between Zoro and Nami fans
Now we have people in fandom who don't care about manga but just wants to win arguments in internet and read one piece through Twitter and tik-tok posts

Because both are navigators?
That means Oden is Robin parallel


This is the only time I felt Oda is trying to parallel Nami with someone



And there was no mention of Big Mom being a navigator.
Even parallel between Big Mom and Nami is far-fetched.

Roger pirates have 30+ crew members.
None of the main members have role of combatant/swordsman or cook

Zoro and Ray don't share the same job/role, never did, people still understood they were parallels. People will say that they hate "parallels being carbon copies" then turn around and deny the Sanji-Gaban connection because they didn't specialize in the same skill/field, when obviously the similarity is supposed to be within their strength, rivalry with the right hand, wings title and trio dynamic with their captain. All this does is open up a counter argument against those who deny Sanji vs Laffitte on the basis that he's the navigator. Now one can argue that Sanji's parallel was a navigator as well, so Oda could play off of that.
