Controversial Why can't staff be ignored

This is singlehandedly one of the most nitpicky claims I have ever seen. Lol. It is legitimately the sort of excuse that I would expect out of a secondary school kid that is desperately trying to get himself out of detention.

Aye, it depends on context and interaction. Taunts can be playful.
You clearly aren't being playful. You are being mean spirited, hence you are coming off as insulting. Considering the whole purpose of a taunt, whether it is mean spirited or playful, is to provoke a reaction then making a mean spirited taunt and getting an unsurprisingly hostile reaction only to chide said reaction as "insulting" really does look like baiting. You know, one of those things people aren't supposed to do on this forum.
Between this and the "I am a law enforcer" post, you are just making yourself look bad.
