They are supposed to in that vitality is compromised, in scientific terms it's about blood flow foremostly. I mean we noticed how Doffy's performance wasn't the same post GK under many layers.

Huh? His kicks is still the same. Sanji got nerfed but his attacks isn't. Baratie shows that when Sanji got heavily injured and his kicks would still damage Gin.
