Someone, please explain.

I was told by @Seth and @ConquistadoR that Sukuna NEEDED 10 shadows to stand a chance against Gojo, so why is Gojo using buffs to attack Sukuna?

The math doesn't add up. It's almost as if Gojo is at a power disadvantage.

Yes because I was told Sukuna needed 10 shadows just to match Gojo so why is Gojo buffing himself.

Also, lul at "powerups." For all we know Sukuna could have like 15 different techniques (he already has shown three, fire + dismantle/cleave + we know he has an innate technique).

Imagine pretending that the guy with 15 techniques getting one more is a massive buff.

Sukuna's prime which is 20 Fingers wasn't enough.

So Gege gave Sukuna more than he needed with Ten Shadows and Yorozu's tool.

Gojo getting amps too is nothing crazy.

Gege just trying to counterbalance each of them out.

This fight will be long and big.

Sukuna literally can’t touch Gojo with his slashes. Needs Domain Amp and still gets blocked by Gojo.

Sukuna hasn’t touched Gojo using his slashes with Infinity on which is what I said genius. And that is never happening otherwise he would’ve done it and show it. Stop trying to grasp at an imaginary point that never existed.

You said he can’t hit him without domain expansion.

But Sukuna has complete mastery of simple domain and domain amplification in addition to domain expansion which let him hit Gojo.

Also, Sukuna has more techniques (it’s implied he has something by the dialogue that can get through limitless) and a 10 shadows user killed a six eyes + limitless in the past.

Which means that Sukuna has at least 3 ways of getting through infinity and probably 4 or more.
