Jinbei's bounty went from being frozen at 250 million to 438 Million during the Timeskip. But that increase feels too small for everything we know and saw. Especially compared to his Bounty after Wano.

He was a major player in the biggest Jailbreak in the history of Impel Downs, resigned from the Warlords, fought against the Marines at Marineford, joined the Big Mom Pirates, and after two years his Bounty only raised by 188 million. That seems so low compared to others like Crocodile and Boa Hancock.

Because Oda wasn't planning to do such a big bounties back then. 2bill were yonko lvl bounties pre Wano and 500 mil for yc1

The World Government likes to hide major mistakes. As such they probably hid that Jinbe was active again by giving him a small bounty.

It’s why Crocodile didn’t get his bounty until his return with cross Guild or why the other Level 6 prisoners didn’t get theirs or why Kuzan doesn’t have one.

Heh why not ? Like the op said he participated in almost every anti marine/WG event and is strong enough to have survived them all, plus he has a big reputation...nah the answer is probably that Oda didn't plan such big bounties and probably decided to go that route because his editors saw all the fuss around Jack the L and his billion bounty.

Oda exaggerated bounties post wano hence. If warlord bounties reveal came before wano , they would be much less than what we got as of now.
