Basically, Oda specifically using Brook and Chopper as a hype tool for Perospero who is a high Veteran level and in Wano, so far, both of them hasn't have their own 1v1 fights yet. I'm not saying that they can't take on Vets or anything but it's interesting on what would they do for the rest of the arc.
