Correct me if I'm wrong, but all members have Luffy's vivre card, right? Soooo why didn't they notice he was on the verge of death and do something? When will they do something?what's the point of them even having it lol

We didn't even see a reaction like omggg Luffy is dying!! But where is he??

They just didn't react whatsoever, didn't they? Like what the hell

And I have an Ideo picture. Why didn't you go and help Luffy with exploding punches, IDEO?

most logical reasonings - the vivre card got destroyed completely or they didnt notice it at the time.

Luffy only noticed Aces cause he read the newspaper and looked to see which direction he was in not because he just randomly knew he was in trouble.....

Luffy's heart stopped beating. It didn't restart again until the awakening happened. He was practically dead.
Which doesn´t inherently mean he has died either. A person can have a couple seconds left after there heart stops beating before they die, and iirc, they can even be saved from CPR. Luffy was saved by his DF awakening, simple as.

We know that when someone actually dies, the fruit they have respawns somewhere else.

read the manga for once....
Devil fruits awakening doesn´t seem to be able to revive someone, so the most logical answer would be that Luffy just got close to death, but he never actually *died*
his heart stopped, momo could no longer hear his "voice" & drums of liberation literally resuscitated him by pumping his heart. this is called a "cardiac death"

not to mention that is DF is not only a mythical zoan it has somehow managed to evade the WG for 800 years, which carries the will of a god...

Correct me if I´m wrong, but even irl, a person can be saved from cardiac death through outside intervention, it´s only reasonable to assume his DF could do so.

It would only logically follow that no matter how special Luffy´s fruit is, there´s no way that it wouldn´t respawn if Luffy truly *died*

Hypothetically speaking, if Nika really is an in-universe Jesus deity, Jesus called himself the resurrection, and you awake a fruit by being aligned with it, so dying and resurrecting may be the way the Nika fruit awakens
