Speculations Why Imu didn't bother to look at Zoroach

Imu looked directly at Hajrudin and Sanji when he negged them.

Hell, he even had a conversation with Usopp when he possessed Gunko so it isn't pride.

For some unknown he didn't look at the Citizen of Hell...

Could it be the Ryuma PTSD we been promised?

imu prolly didn't want zoro to copy his eyes and powers

that's the reason why imu didn't use his weaponmanship for sure

He still has PTSD from Ryumor.

Zoro's attack was too fast for Imu to turn first and block.

Instead, Imu made a side-eye glance and a reactive block from his tail.

Then while blocking, Imu used a quicker one-handed Omen snipe instead of a two-handed Omen nuke or turning to kick.

Try harder next time.
